A new law in Colorado that prohibits discrimination against homosexuals has been written so vaguely and so broadly that many Christian legal experts are warning that it would easily be used to ban the Bible in that state."Section 8 of Senate Bill 200 is a wide open door for any judge to censor anything that condemns homosexuality, including Scripture," Rep. Kevin Lundberg said at a news conference.
Steve Crampton, general counsel of Liberty Counsel, was even more bold in his assessment: "I do believe that the Bible is banned, under the plain language of this new statute."
