Is America cursed? Over the past few years, America has seen record setting fires, floods, tornadoes and earthquakes. But 2009 has seen things go to an entirely new level, with plagues, infestations, droughts, natural disasters and economic problems hitting the U.S. all at once.Just consider the following examples.....
*Is America cursed? According to shocking new estimates from the CDC, hundreds of thousands of Americans could die from the H1N1 flu over the next two years.
*Is America cursed? The state of California is in such a financial mess that they are actually considering releasing tens of thousands of convicted criminals back on to the streets just to save money.
*Is America cursed? The emerald ash borer from China and the mountain pine beetle are eating America's forests at a rate that is absolutely mind blowing.
*Is America cursed? Organic Health has posted an article describing how the FDA specifically allows rat excrement, maggots and insect heads to be put into our food.
*Is America cursed? According to one new report, the U.S. government's maximum financial exposure for the Wall Street bailout could total nearly 24 trillion dollars.
*Is America cursed? The Truth has posted an article about how the U.S. government is spending 2.6 million dollars to train China's prostitutes how to drink responsibly.
*Is America cursed? Record breaking heat and drought continues to plague the state of Texas.
*Is America cursed? The Last Days has posted a story that points out that all of the newest poll numbers reveal that Christianity is in a state of massive decline in America.
*Is America cursed? The Emergency Food Supply is reporting that a disease known as "late blight" is absolutely devastating tomato and potato plants in the eastern half of the United States.
*Is America cursed? The very weak wheat harvest this year is disappointing farmers across the state of Illinois.
So is America cursed?
You tell me.
Is this swine flu pandemic a judgment from God for our moral decline?Is this a case where God has taken his protective hand off of our society and has allowed this to happen?
Or does this have nothing to do with God at all?
Those are some very important questions.
The truth is that we are not going to be able to come to any hard conclusions about this for quite some time, if ever.
But that doesn't mean that these questions are not worth thinking about.
As this website has detailed for months and months, the U.S., the U.K. and most other countries in the world are in a serious state of moral decline.
We have rejected God and His ways, and so whether this pandemic is a judgment of God or not, the truth is that we should be expecting judgment as a society.
God has an incredible amount of patience, but as we see all through the Scriptures and all throughout history, at some point God decides that enough is enough.
In any event, this swine flu crisis is becoming quite frightening.
A confidential internal document out of Texas that reveals that authorities believe that there are 10 to 25 times as many actual swine flu cases as is being officially reported has gone absolutely viral on the Internet.
Dr. Marcus Gitterle, a doctor from New Braunfels, Texas, sent out an internal alert that was not meant to be seen by the public. The words that he penned in that internal alert should chill us all.
Gitterle explained in his internal memo that "what we are hearing privately from the CDC and Health Department is different from what you are hearing in the media."
It is hard to actually describe how dire Dr. Gitterle makes the situation sound in his memo. The following are some of the most shocking quotes from Dr. Gitterle in the document.....
"There are 10-25 times more actual cases (not possible cases -- actual), than what is being reported in the media."
"The way they fudge on reporting this is that it takes 3 days to get the confirmatory nod from the CDC on a given viral culture, but based on epidemiological grounds, we know that there are more than 10 cases for each “confirmed” case right now."
“ER’s south of here are becoming overwhelmed — and I mean that — already. It is coming in waves, but the waves are getting bigger.”
“Since it is such a novel (new) virus, there is no “herd immunity,” so the “attack rate” is very high. This is the percentage of people who come down with a virus if exposed. Almost everyone who is exposed to this virus will become infected, though not all will be symptomatic. That is much higher than seasonal flu, which averages 10-15%. The “clinical attack rate” estimation from CDC and WHO may be around 40-50%. This is the number of people who show symptoms. This is a huge number. It is hard to convey the seriousness of this to those outside of the medical fields.”

If what Dr. Gitterle wrote is true, then the seriousness of this swine flu crisis is far beyond what most of us have been imagining.
Not only is this increasingly starting to look like a pandemic, but also some analysts are now asking whether this strain of the swine flu was man-made.
Indonesian Heath Minister Siti Fadilah Supari publicly stated on Tuesday that the swine flu virus could have been man-made.
Dr. Sherry Tenpenny has an excellent article out regarding the suspicious circumstances regarding the suspicious nature and appearance of this disease.
In addition, Dr. Leonard Horowitz is not only arguing that the swine flu virus was definitely man-made, but he is also naming specific doctors and organizations that he believes are possibly involved. Just check out this stunning YouTube report:
Whether this swine flu is man-made or not, the reality is that it is spreading quickly.
There are also now frightening indications that the swine flu outbreak is much worse than the mainstream media is telling us. Multiple eyewitness reports out of Mexico confirm that the real death toll there is far higher than the limited number of confirmed deaths that are being reported internationally.
Comments from Mexican eyewitnesses on a BBC News website tell of a much bleaker situation in Mexico than we have been told in the mainstream media. These chilling reports should put a chill up your spine.....
*Antonio Chavez, a medical doctor from Mexico City:
I’m a specialist doctor in respiratory diseases and intensive care at the Mexican National Institute of Health. There is a severe emergency over the swine flu here. More and more patients are being admitted to the intensive care unit. Despite the heroic efforts of all staff (doctors, nurses, specialists, etc) patients continue to inevitably die. The truth is that anti-viral treatments and vaccines are not expected to have any effect, even at high doses. It is a great fear among the staff. The infection risk is very high among the doctors and health staff.
There is a sense of chaos in the other hospitals and we do not know what to do. Staff are starting to leave and many are opting to retire or apply for holidays. The truth is that mortality is even higher than what is being reported by the authorities, at least in the hospital where I work it. It is killing three to four patients daily, and it has been going on for more than three weeks. It is a shame and there is great fear here. Increasingly younger patients aged 20 to 30 years are dying before our helpless eyes and there is great sadness among health professionals here.
*Alvaro Ricardez, Oaxaca City, Oaxaca, Mexico:
In the capital of my state, Oaxaca, there is a hospital closed because of a death related to the porcine influenza. In the papers they recognise only two people dead for that cause. Many friends working in hospitals or related fields say that the situation is really bad, they are talking about 19 people dead in Oaxaca, including a doctor and a nurse. They say they got shots but they were told not to talk about the real situation. Our authorities say nothing. Life goes on as usual here.
*Migdalia Cruz, Phoenix, Arizona:
I have a sister-in-law from San Luis Potosi state in Mexico and we were told that in San Luis Potosi there have been at least 78 deaths, just in that city alone, not 68 in all of Mexico, as is being reported. Schools have been closed until 6 May in this state and in other areas in Mexico. Also, many public venues are being closed, so this makes it more deadly and dangerous than has been stated.
*Yeny Gregorio Dávila, Mexico City:
I work as a resident doctor in one of the biggest hospitals in Mexico City and sadly, the situation is far from “under control”. As a doctor, I realise that the media does not report the truth. Authorities distributed vaccines among all the medical personnel with no results, because two of my partners who worked in this hospital (interns) were killed by this new virus in less than six days even though they were vaccinated as all of us were. The official number of deaths is 20, nevertheless, the true number of victims are more than 200. I understand that we must avoid to panic, but telling the truth it might be better now to prevent and avoid more deaths.
Hopefully reports like this will get out there and will make people realize how serious this all could become.

In addition, there is now a report that North Carolina officials are involuntarily isolating swine flu patients. Please note the "involuntary" part of that. Imagine if this happens all over the nation and Americans who show symptoms of the swine flu start getting ripped away from their families and sent to isolation facilities and camps.
Very scary stuff.

Reports of new swine flu outbreaks are coming in almost constantly now and the World Health Organization has raised the threat level from a Level 4 Global Outbreak to a Level 5, which has never been done before. Meanwhile, scientists are completely puzzled how such a powerful strain that combines elements of swine flu, bird flu and human flu could have appeared seemingly out of nowhere.
So is this going to be the big one?
Is this the one that is going to kill millions of people?
It is too early to tell, but here is what we do know at this hour.....
First of all, this "swine flu" is not just run of the mill swine flu. It contains elements of the following.....
*Avian flu
*Human flu
*European swine flu
*Asian swine flu
Now how in the world did an incredibly strong combination of these viruses appear seemingly out of nowhere?
Scientists are baffled.
Meanwhile this "swine flu" is popping up all over the U.S. and Mexico.
In Mexico alone, there are already over 2500 suspected cases and 159 suspected deaths from the swine flu so far. Most public events have been canceled, and millions of Mexicans are hiding indoors in an attempt to escape the swine flu.
109 cases of the swine flu have been confirmed in the United States, and the CDC says that it is too late to contain the swine flu outbreak in the United States.
In fact, 298 public schools all over the United States were closed on Thursday due to fear over this swine flu.
These outbreaks in the U.S. and Mexico are already causing panic reactions from other parts of the world.
EU health commissioner Andorra Vassiliou has asked Europeans to postpone nonessential travel to the United States or Mexico. In addition, China has banned the import of hog and pork products from Mexico and parts of the United States.
However, the truth is that the swine flu is now spreading all over the world. New reports of swine flu cases have come in from Canada, Israel, France, New Zealand, Costa Rica and South Korea.
Google actually has a great tool that you can use to track the spread of this swine flu. You can follow the progress of the swine flu on Google maps right here.
So what can we expect to see going forward?
The next few days are going to be key.
If only a few hundred people end up dying from this swine flu that is not that big of a deal. Hundreds of people die from many different causes every day.
But if this disease starts sweeping the globe and thousands of people start dying, then that could indicate that this IS the big one.
The reality is that we have been warning of a coming flu plague for quite some time.
What is even more disturbing is the possibility that this new flu may be engineered. We recently reported on the unlabeled bird flu/human flu mixture that Baxter International "accidentally" sent out to other labs.
Why would our scientists mix these dangerous viruses together so recklessly? The CDC was mixing human flu and bird flu together as far back as 2004. This is incredibly dangerous to do. One mistake and a pandemic virus can be released that could kill millions of people.
So how many people will this "swine flu" virus kill?
Is this going to become a massive pandemic that bring the world to a standstill?

Just think about this.....if 100 million people worldwide end up contracting this flu, and if only 2% of them die from it, then that would still be 2 million dead people.
But most Americans do not seem too concerned about this outbreak. In fact, most of them are making absolutely no preparations.
In light of all of this information, hopefully you will not make the same mistake. Do what you need to do to prepare yourself and your family for what is ahead.
One of the most important things that you can do to prepare is to get right with God. If you have sin in your life then this is a great time to repent of that sin and to turn to the Lord and ask Him to help you and your family get through this crisis safely.
Was There A Connection Between The Legalization Of Gay Marriage In California & The Sudden Outbreak Of Over 1000 Fires In California Shortly After?
Doesn't it seem like we just totally miss the message sometimes?Some really unique events have happened in California the past few months, and most Americans would choose to believe that they could never, ever be related to each other.....even if they were.
Firstly, almost everyone has heard that gay marriage has been legal in California since June 16th, 2008. Most of us also understand, whether we like it or not, that this represents a MAJOR turning point for the United States of America.
Secondly, I recently read an article about how San Francisco's gay pride parade this summer was the biggest one they have ever held. Apparently there were hundreds of thousands of people who attended the parade this year.
Thirdly, I received the information below in my email box from Prison Fellowship. The email message talked about the shocking persecution that those who speak out against gay marriage are already starting to experience:

-A Methodist retreat center recently refused to allow two lesbian couples to use a campground pavilion for a civil union ceremony. The state of New Jersey punished the Methodists by revoking the center's tax-exempt status—a vindictive attack on the Methodists' religious liberty.
-In Massachusetts, where judges imposed gay marriage a few years ago, Catholic Charities was ordered to accept homosexual couples as candidates for adoption. Rather than comply with an order that would be harmful to children, Catholic Charities closed down its adoption program.
-California public schools have been told they must be "gay friendly," as Roback Morse notes. But it will not stop with public schools. Just north of the border in Quebec, the government told a Mennonite school that it must conform to provincial law regarding curriculum—a curriculum that teaches children that homosexuality is a valid lifestyle. How long will it be before the U.S. government goes after private schools?
-Even speaking out against homosexuality can get you fired. Crystal Dixon, an associate vice president at the University of Toledo, was fired after writing an opinion piece in the Toledo Free Press in support of traditional marriage.....fired for exercising her First Amendment rights!

What in the world is happening to the United States of America? Will the definition of one of the basic building blocks of society be changed forever?
I have been thinking about what God must be thinking about all of this. As I was thinking about these things, I read an article about how there were over ONE THOUSAND fires that suddenly broke out all across California a while back. The number and intensity of these fires was really unprecedented. This just HAPPENED to take place shortly after gay marriage had been legalized.
Most of the fires were apparently started by incredibly unusual lightning storms. Del Walters, assistant regional chief of the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection said, “This is an unprecedented lightning storm in California, that it lasted as long as it did, 5,000 to 6,000 lightning strikes".
So is there a connection between these events? What are we to make of all this?
